The 'buns' are vanilla wafers, there's colored frosting for the cheese/mayo/ketchup or whatever. Use green food-coloring to dye shredded coconut and a small peppermint patty makes a perfect 'patty'. We spread a tiny bit of honey on the top and sprinkled with a few sesame seeds for the piece de resistance. They are fun and easy, they taste great (sugar overload) and the kids couldn't stop saying, "Aren't they adorable?"

How cute are these?
The kids and I just got done making our contribution to the spread at our SuperBowl festivities tomorrow. We made mini 'cheeseburgers'.

Oh my goodness, how perfectly adorable. But I can just bet the sugar overload. I'd have to stick with just half of a "cheeseburger" LOL.
